Perfect, Inexspensive Replacement

CABIN Air Filters are filters that keep the quality of the air in the vehicle clean and need to be changed to keep clean quality air circulating. Do not mistake these for air filters for the engine of the car. These are cheaper than purcahsing from the dealer. I beleive these cabin airfilters should be changed every 15,000 miles but consult your manual. EASY TO INSTALL, even a caveman can do it. Instruction to change the cabin air filter on the Honda Fit are located on Youtube and it may take about 5 minutes. 3 ribs on the cabin filter do need to be snipped to fit perfectly in the housing, but at 15 dollars a piece, these can not be beat. These do have a FLOW Direction printed on the side of the filter so that the air flows through it in the proper direction.

Honda Fit 2010 Sport – requires modification to seat correctly

To get this filter to seat fully into the frame, it is necessary to snip 3 x plastic ribs on either end. It is a minor modification, thankfully, and for the price it really is great value compared to what you would pay at an auto-parts store (lowest price I got from 3 different stores yesterday was $27).

Good for 2009 Honda Fit

I had to snip three ribs on each end to get the filter to fit perfectly in the holder. Easy enough. The cabin filter is easy to change on this car and the filter even came with a little instruction sheet with pictures.

Cheap and quick

There is not much to say about this product: It is easy to install and seems to be just like the original product. It just costs a lot less.

To install: Push in on the sides of the glove compartment door. Let it drop open and hang there. Open the obvious filter covering. Take out the old and put in the new. Put the cover back on. Close the glove compartment door.

Total labor time: 5 minutes.
Total labor cost: Nothing.

Fits my 2011 Honda CR-Z

I Can’t say much more than what the title states. This filter is a fraction of the cost of the OEM filter for the CR-Z/Insight. This is a perfect fit and takes less than 5 minutes to swap out. A+++

Cabin Filter

This item was in its original plastic envelope and it was easy to install with the clear instructions included in the package. The cabin filter is located behind the glove box.
