Light Weight

It has been awhile since I picked up a Mont and I was somewhat dismayed when I received my Generation Ballpoint Black 13209. It seemed light and not of the quality I expected. It may well be a good pen, but I suggested going to a more pricey model Montblanc if you want the feel and weight of a quality pen.

Love the Montblanc Generation Ball Point Pen

The Montblanc Generation ball point pen is an magnificent pen to own. This makes a perfective gift for all occasions: graduation, promotion, anniversary, appreciation, etc. This pen has a gorgeous luster to it and is perfectly balanced. The weight of the pen is perfective to wear clipped onto a button-up dress shirt. A genuinely understated elegance! If you’re looking for a little more than a simple ballpoint and are more than willing to spend a little more, this pen exudes upper status and achieveement. Recognized effortlessly by it is white star sure to catch anyone’s eye. Writes with no problems or difficulties and ink cartridge may be substituted without apparent effort once empty. I purchased this pen because I’m a salesman and in general need to hand somebody a nice pen to sign a contract. They can’t protest but take the pen from my hand to sign up for a sale! 5 stars all the way!!!

Doesn’t feel like a Montblanc

I purchased this item as a Christmas present for my wife – she lost a Montblanc pen she had for years, so I thought I would replace it for her. Imagine my embarrassment when she opens the box and says it is a knock-off. Well, I don’t think it is a knock off, but apparently it is not as heavy and significant as her other pen.
So, I returned it. I am happy to report that the company (not Amazon) issued me a refund with no hassle or problems.
