Some busy masters undertake to get their daily exercise in on their lunch break. If there isn’t anyplace to walk at work, see if there is a park close by. Be sure to exercise before you eat your lunch. You may also undertake walking after work. Pack your walking clothes and hit the park on the way home from work. You may also go to the gym.
