The Westinghouse WAP 611 6-stage air purifier combines the uttermost cleaning power with a state of the art design. This portable air purifier filters everything from household dust and pet odor to carcinogens such as Benzene while occupying very little space. It has a 2-speed fan and whisper-quiet technology that efficaciously cleans a room of approximately 170 Sq. Ft. The 6-stage filter holds a pre-filter, HEPA and Carbon filter, AV 990 Bacteria Prevention technology, and a Complex Silicon Filtration applied for absorbing kitchen odors.

Two Filter system – not quiet

I purchased this system to put in our little bedroom. I was eager to see the “six stage” activity. The six stages subsist in two filters, one is a charcoal and the other a hepa. That normally counts only as TWO stages for most machines. It has two settings, deafening and louder. The filtering is as expected. It is a little unit, good sufficient for the end table near your head. No ozone, ionizer, static collection, or any of that stuff, just two filters. Only came with one set of filters. It plainly does not compare to other multi-stage productions that are out there.
